Prototype status
Akanya is an interactive functional prototype provided for demonstration and evaluation. It is not a production system. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.
Illustrative content
- The Marketing case, evidence, student reasoning and suggested mark range are fictional and illustrative.
- Institutional insight examples show targets and pending measures only. No achieved results are presented.
- Nothing on this site should be read as a validated outcome or a claim of proven impact.
Access
Prototype access is reviewed before an invitation is issued and may be granted, declined or withdrawn at any time. Access is personal to the invited reviewer and should not be shared.
Ownership
- Akanya and associated software, content, workflows and visual materials are proprietary to Teddy K Group.
- You retain ownership of your own institutional materials. Nothing here transfers rights in your course content to Akanya.
- You are granted no right to reproduce, resell or commercially exploit the Akanya prototype.
- Akanya does not claim ownership of general educational methods or of pedagogy that predates the product.
Responsible use
Akanya provides decision support for assessment. It makes no automatic misconduct decisions and produces no automated final marks. Academic judgement, including all final marks, remains with the lecturer and the institution.
No warranty
The prototype is provided on an as-is basis for evaluation, without warranties of any kind. Please do not rely on it for live assessment decisions during this stage.
